BVM successfully completed the BVM Team Leader Development Program which is especially designed for our Team Leaders.  A total of 41 staff joined the two-day training program.

The purpose of this training program is to equip our Team Leaders with the knowledge to effectively guide and support a team towards achieving the company’s goals. By developing their leadership abilities in various areas such as understanding their leadership pathway at BVM, achieving personal excellence, working collaboratively with others and delivering results through team, allows them to foster a positive work environment and maximize team performance.

We believe that this training program will provide our BVM’s team leader with a future-oriented declaration, a vivid image of each of them aiming to achieve in the long term.
