Failure – A common thing in life
Through the 2-decade time of work, it was not all sunshine and rainbows for Ms. Kunthea.

In life, failure and disappointment happen all the time. “Don’t be discouraged… Just like they say if one door closes, another one opens for you,” said Ms. Kunthea adding that one shall prepare themselves to be ready therefore, “when that door opens, we can walk in a more prepared way.”

“Empathy” is a quality of a team leader. Yet, Kunthea suggested keeping a good balance between the company’s values, the team’s needs and your own values.
“Don’t be over-confident. Always learn and get yourself ready”, a trait for you to keep going farther.
Ms. Kunthea advised, “Do your very best in every single, tiny thing and in your everyday task. You will see the rewards from your efforts, consistency, and your perseverance. I am completely sure of it,” adding that her principle is “Do an ordinary thing in an extraordinary way.”
BVM – We have a common goal
“BVM has clear and strong vision and core values. I want to see BVM achieving their mission, becoming one of the most recognized local brands in Cambodia, showing that we can compete head-to-head with other foreign brands in the market. I think we can do it when each and every one of us join hands and commit to realizing our mission and vision,” said Ms. Kunthea adding that she would do her very best to add values to this goal.
