On September 11, 2024, we successfully conducted a full-day training on Financial Literacy for BVM employees. The purpose of this training is to enhance our employees’ understanding about financial management, reflecting BVM’s commitment to providing better financial literacy knowledge which contributes to building a safety net for their overall welfare. The course focused on many key areas such as managing income, tracking expenses, starting financial saving, understanding loan and risk management and planning their future finance.

We believe that by equipping our team with knowledge, they are able to manage their finances more effectively. The training will be extended to all of our employees at stations in provinces in this September 2024.
