BVM Petroleum organized a groundbreaking ceremony to commence the construction for the expansion of its fuel storage facility on the morning of August 10, 2026. This is a strategic investment by BVM to increase its fuel storage capacity to over 22.5 million liters. The construction is scheduled to be completed within 12 months with an investment capital of approximately $7 million.

This additional expansion is not only carried out to respond to the growth of the company’s fuel station network and the Royal Government’s recommendations on strategic reserve fuel storage, but also serves to modernize the technical and safety aspects to comply with international standards.

Ms. Sou Sophivann, CEO of BVM Petroleum, stated: “This investment is not merely an addition to our fuel storage capacity, but an elevation of our technical standards, safety, and management systems to be more modern and in line with international standards.
