Role and Responsibilities:

• Support Site Stations, Warehouse and Truck Parking Network Facilities and Configuration
• Setup, Facilitate Deployment, Maintain, Monitor Performance CCTV, Sound System, Internet and Network Configuration, Fingerprint Network, Access Door Network, ATG Network, POS Dispenser Network and Station Desktop
• Network & Security: Administer switches, routing, VPN/SD-WAN, firewalls, and security hardening.
• Familiar with network devices, Cisco Switch, Mikrotik Router, Ruijie Router, Unifi Router, Firewall Fortigate Configurations
• Systems & Platforms Support: DNS, DHCP, servers, M365, Linux/Windows.
• Work with site key stakeholders to algin technical requirements to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain site connection and follow up with service provider.
• Report on site incidents and escalation.
• Support & Document Governance: Follow SOPs and SLAs.
• Projects & Vendor coordination.
• General IT Related Hardware Repair or spare parts replacement, just diagnosis computer or desktop fail part if can repair or replace in-house, if not need to escalate to supplier.

Requirement

• Experience & Education: 5–6+ years in network infrastructure; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
•  Deep understanding of network topologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN), protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols).
• Deep understanding of configuring, installing, and maintaining routers, switches, wireless access points, CCTV, and network operating systems.
• Impressive ability in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and hardware/software failures, using various diagnostic tools.
• Good Understanding of Window, Window Server and Linux operating systems.
• Basic Understanding on Data Center, Server, VM and VCenter…
• Able to repair and fix desktop and computer fail parts – basic level
• Able and willing to travel to provinces and can sometimes support weekend work.
• Strong commitment and can work under constraint timeline
• Good speaking, listening and reading proficiency of English.
• Good attitude and good problem resolving skills.
