In 2013, we underwent a downfall in sales resulting from the stagnant decrease of sales from our wholesalers’ portfolio as some big entrants came into the market. This year was our most challenging period in our history.

2014, we redefined our game-changing strategy: attention to wholesalers, DOUBLE attention to retailers. Relentless customer service was the centric part in our strategy; thus we began visiting our clients, starting to have stations wearing our trademark, making our presence among our targeted clients and being always reachable.  The strategy did pay off, there were growing delivery demands; and thus we expanded our sales force and fleet and purchased more trucks.
