Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make calls to clients under your portfolio to check for order needs and update prices and other information
- Support clients and sales staff by completing and processing sales orders

- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while
maintaining customer satisfaction, fast and on-time - រក្សាបុគ្គលិកជាន់ខ្ពស់ឲ្យបានដឹងពីបញ្ហាណាមួយដែលមានការចែកចាយ
- ពិនិត្យកិច្ចសន្យាអតិថិជនដើម្បីធានាថាកិច្ចសន្យាមានទិន្នន័យត្រឹមត្រូវដូចជា៖រយៈពេលកិច្ចសន្យា,Contactperson/number/mailaddress,discountrate
- បង្កើតនិងកែប្រែព័ត៌មានអតិថិជនក្នុងCRM
- ធានាថាក្រុមលក់កំពុងស្ថិតនៅលើផ្លូវដើម្បីបំពេញគោលដៅចុងខែនិងចែករំលែកគំនិតបង្កើតសំណថ្មី
- ផ្តល់ទិន្នន័យចាំបាច់ទាំងអស់ដល់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងជាន់ខ្ពស់តាមសំណើនិងសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចប្រជុំរវាងនាយកដ្ឋាន
- ធ្វើការរៀបចំការធ្វើដំណើរសម្រាប់ក្រុមលក់និងបុគ្គលិកគាំទ្រជាន់ខ្ពស់នៅពេលចាំបាច់
- បង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងនិងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយគ្រប់នាយកដ្ឋានផ្សេងទៀតទាំងអស់ដើម្បីជួយដល់ទីកន្លែងចាំបាច់
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables, including other data management software
- Demonstrated ability to assist Distributions/sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
- Must be willing to arrange your own travel and attend all sales strategy training conferences off-site.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sale & Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields
- Have at least 1-year-experience of working in sales admin/support field
- Have strong communication skills and customer focus
- Willing to learn, honesty and be able to work under pressure
- Be a team player and like to deal with challenges
- Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
- Being able to work on weekends or public holiday with rotation schedule.
