Senior HR Officer (L & D)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, organizing and directing L & D program and Orientation for employees at levels in the organization
  • Conduct TNA through survey and/or consultation with related Dept manager
  • Assist in developing training procedure or guidelines to ensure they are effectively carried out
  • Acts as the liaison and coordinator of program conducted by internal & external training partners
  • Monitor training activities and program effectiveness
  • Prepare training plan, budgeting and reporting
  • Assist in recruitment to provide qualified candidates for the vacancies including job ads, job fair, networking, etc
  • Participate in team goals and initiatives, constructive feedback to the department’s retention
  • Assist in handling HR admin which complies with the labor law.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin or related fields is preferable
  • At least 3 years’ experience in L & D and related experiences in recruitment and labor compliance is preferable
  • Be communicative, disciplined, self-starter, creative thinking and good personality
  • Be able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
