Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, organizing and directing L & D program and Orientation for employees at levels in the organization
- Conduct TNA through survey and/or consultation with related Dept manager
- Assist in developing training procedure or guidelines to ensure they are effectively carried out
- Acts as the liaison and coordinator of program conducted by internal & external training partners
- Monitor training activities and program effectiveness
- Prepare training plan, budgeting and reporting
- Assist in recruitment to provide qualified candidates for the vacancies including job ads, job fair, networking, etc
- Participate in team goals and initiatives, constructive feedback to the department’s retention
- Assist in handling HR admin which complies with the labor law
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin or related fields is preferable
- At least 3 years’ experience in L & D and related experiences in recruitment and labor compliance is preferable
- Be communicative, disciplined, self-starter, creative thinking and good personality
- Be able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
