Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks associated with business processes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Conduct regular business assurance check of business operations and service quality to ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present the reports and findings to stakeholders and management.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement internal controls to prevent and detect errors, fraud, and non-compliance. Monitor the effectiveness of controls and make adjustments as needed.
- Work closely with various departments to provide guidance on best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters, risk management practices, and internal control procedures.
- Coordinate business support projects as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business assurance, internal auditing, or a related field and knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct.
