Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office activities and operations efficiently and compliance to the company policies
- Maintaining necessary systems, procedures required to effectively manage all documents and information including distributing and filling correspondences
- Managing office supplies, stationaries, materials and equipment necessary for all BVM offices operation, monitoring, and re-stocking on time
- Maintaining a high security of the building/workplace and keeping overall workplace environment clean and safe at all the time
- Managing office properties, equipment, assets, and ensuring they are functioning properly with regular maintenance schedule and timely repairing
- Managing logistics and travel arrangements for all staff, company cars, other means, and drivers
- Managing company assets with proper record-coding and documentation
- Processing, monitoring and renewing on a timely manner of contracts, agreements, tax payment, license and permits and other legal documents
- Facilitating and organizing internal and external events for the company
- Assisting in projects and other work as assigned by line manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Administration field or proven experience as office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outgoing personality, confidence, problem solver, team-player, and excellent planning and monitoring
- Experience with office management procedure, basic accounting principles, tax and licenses, and agreements
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with all related stakeholders.
