Sales Servicing Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieving Wholesales Target
    • Ensure wholesales target set by the company is achieved.
    • The Servicing Team is responsible for day-to-day wholesales activities to ensure that sales are made to the right client base.
    • Call will have to made to client to find out the need of the client and match with our product at the right price.
    • Understanding the market outlook is another critical part of daily sales activity. This will keep the team informed and adapt the right tactical move.
    • Leading the team and monitoring the team to ensure strategy is being implemented is another major part of the role of Servicing Team Supervisor. The supervisor must prepare and monitor the daily/weekly/monthly reporting to understand why the current tactic is working or not working, then discuss with Supply Chain Director to put tactic to work.
  • Taking Part in Maintaining Healthy Portfolio
    • Payment needs to be followed up in accordance with the actual payment term of the client in each Servicing Rep.’s portfolio.
    • Ensure the team call the client and inform them of the repayment due in a timely manner.
    • Ensure escalation is done in a timely manner to Credit Team when irregularity arises.
  • Tackle Challenges Related to Day-to-day Sales
    • It is inevitable that operational challenges arise in this line of work.
    • Supervisor’s role is to work with Operations Team to try and resolve the issue with the client where necessary.
  • Team Management
    • Ensure that the team is working together in harmony, while keeping up with the work target.
    • Standby schedule must be managed to ensure there is enough workforce to deliver result.
    • Ensure smooth collaboration with other stakeholders. The supervisor will represent the team to solve the issue when necessary.
    • Ensure the team is recognized in accordance with the result of their work.

         Requirements & Qualifications

  • Both internal and external candidates can apply. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree​ in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, analytical and credit background, or Related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales role.
  • Outgoing personality, confidence, and ability to solve problems.Solution-oriented and a team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good at English for communication.
  • Be able to communicate in English and knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
