Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make calls to clients under your portfolio to check for order needs and update prices and other information
- Support clients and sales staff by completing and processing sales orders
- Liaise with fleet support and confirm deliveries with clients and able to perform tasks via fleet management system when required.
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while
maintaining customer satisfaction, fast and on-time - Keep senior staff informed of any issues with delivery
- Review customer contract to ensure that a contract is containing a valid data such as: Contract Period, Contact person/number/mail address, discount rate
- Create and modify customer information in CRM
- Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals and share innovative lead generating ideas
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments
- Make travel arrangements for the sales team and the senior support staff when needed
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables, including other data management software
- Demonstrated ability to assist Distributions/sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
- Must be willing to arrange your own travel and attend all sales strategy training conferences off-site.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sale & Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields
- Have at least 1-year-experience of working in sales admin/support field
- Have strong communication skills and customer focus
- Willing to learn, honesty and be able to work under pressure
- Be a team player and like to deal with challenges
- Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
- Being able to work on weekends or public holiday with rotation schedule.
