Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily human resource support within HR department.
- Assist in recruitment such as job posting, interview/test arrangement, reference check.
- Keep staff information & contact update, and HR requisition docs such as employment contract, CV, certificates and others for filing.
- Arrange work seat, stationery, uniform, staff ID card and bank account.
- Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and other activities.
- Manage staff leave record and NSSF process.
- Assist in paperwork or documentation for labor compliance.
- Check daily attendance of employees, leaves and reconcile the attendance.
- Set up new hire fingerprint, control leave for attendance purpose.
- Check staff attendance, leave, OT and payroll support docs.
- Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Line Leader.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related fields is preferable
- At least 2 years of experiences in HR/Admin field
- Be communicative, disciplined, self-starter, creative thinking and good personality
- Be able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
